The NWS has added wording to tonight's forecast:

Tonight...Rain showers with a chance of thunderstorms. Patchy fog after midnight. Not as cool with lows in the upper 30s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Gusts up to 20 mph in the evening. Chance of rain 90 percent.


The SPC continues to have us in the "general thunderstorm" area with 5% in western PA
